I did not learn English as language after my secondary school.  Though I did continue to work on my language, there was no formal classes.

English is not my first language. I have grown in an environment where use of English language was sneered. After all it is language of British who ruled us for so many years.

So I never conversed in English before I came to medical college in Delhi.

And I found my language needs a massive improvement.
