Essay writing is somewhat different from other kinds of writing. For one since the topic is given in a capsuled form and secondly you are expected to keep closely to the subject of the essay. To produce a good essay you must arrange the ideas in an orderly fashion and write concisely.
Expression should be effective and exact. Essay writing is a very difficult job for many people. But it can become easy and enjoyable if you know how to approach
There cannot be any standard way of writing an essay. But following points would help you in developing your own style.
Brainstorm
Dwell on the topic that you have chosen till the time you grasp it fully. Understand its context and concerns.
Start writing down any keywords or phrases associated with the topic that comes to your mind. It may even be a weirdest idea.
Classify and Systemic Thoughts
Start linking your random thoughts and classify them in different groups. Arrange these groups in an orderly fashion so that there is logical progression of ideas and each paragraph is linked to the preceding and the following paragraphs.
Introduction
Give your essay a logical introduction. The introduction should set the pace and flat off the discussion.
Conclude Well
The concluding remark should be really powerful and effective. It should give a sense of completion and leave the examiner satisfied.
Keep It Lucid
The language of the essay should be simple yet powerful and effective. Choice of words, diction, phrases, idioms etc. should be appropriate.

Sometimes, you might come across text on the web that appears to be jumbled. It is full of odd foreign letters is unreadable, and it took ages to load. Do you know, nine times out of ten the culprit is a program that many people use every day.
It is Microsoft Word. Or popularly called “Word”.
Microsoft Word is the world’s most popular word processor. But while Word might be perfectly good for producing documents to print and email to people, Word is bad for the web.

The design of the keyboard comes from the age of typewriters and the symbols present represent the kind of writing that appears on typewriters. We have stuck with our keyboard designs. man will turn over half a library to make one book.
—Samuel Johnson
If you wish to be a good writer, first be a good reader.
Nothing matches a good book to give you ideas and thoughts. I was a good reader in my twenties. I had ample time to go through the books. I have spent many a nights reading an interesting book.
But as I grew, I somehow lost that habit. Daily chores took over and I became too busy to turn a page.
I kept writing though. But the day came when mind yearned for stimuli. Writing looked like a chore, some times frustating.
I was running high on my creativity when I read but that was subdued when I stopped reading.
That was the day I decided to get back to reading.
You must read in order to become a good writer.
What to read?
Anything that you like and enjoy. It could be short story,a novel or anything. A book should be thought provoking, enjoyable. It should become a joyful activity and not an assignment.
To write better, it is important to read the genre of writing in which you’re working. You’ll pick up ideas easily.
How To Read?
When you read a book just do not do a plain reading. Instead mark th sentences and pages you like. Write down your view points. If you happen to read ebooks or you either can write your notes on paper or on computer in notepad or Word processor.
You would have a working conversational library soon and never ever have dearth of ideas.
You would notice that you like some writers better than others. They are the ones whom you would connect with easily. They are also the ones who would influence your writing most.
Learn how they use the language and grammar. See how they formulate sentences and structure their writings.
You would easily pick where to improve your own shortcomings.
One last thing
Do not ever leave the habit of reading. It is most valuable habit that writer can inculcate.

Typos and spelling errors give writers a constant headache. Not only it makes the reading unpleasant but also it puts a doubt on your credibility.
Readers are too harsh when it comes to judging an author. They can overlook the content to some extent but typos and spelling errors are unpardonable. Unfortunately every body is a victim of these errors and sometimes these are realized after your work is published.
You have written a great article and are very happy with the content and language you have used. You submit that to various directories and on line article submission services. Read more
